The recreation of an effect that hasn’t been seen in decades!
The performer tells the story of Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet. He claimed that he could put a book under his pillow, go to sleep, and in the morning, could recite the entire book.
A borrowed book is held between a spectators hands. THEN a page number is selected and thought of by another spectator. The performer brings their head near the book, and starts describing general details about the entire book, but then suddenly reveals SPECIFIC information. Only then is the page number announced out loud, and when the book is opened, it matches the psychic impressions exactly!
The Books are Borrowed
No Gimmicks
Completely Impromptu
Audience Tested!
This is constantly picked as a favorite by my audiences. A new take on the classic “Hoy Book Test” plot, where the spectators actually get to SEE the page number they selected.
