Several years ago my friend Alan Watson released a DVD entitled “Seven Secrets to Success”. Alan is a regular performer at the Magic Castle and has won countless New Zealand entertainment awards. In 2002 Alan and his talented wife Michele were awarded the prestigious DRAGON Award from the J. Marberger Stuart Foundation, previous winners include the likes of Falkenstein and Willard, Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee, Mark Wilson and Nani Darnell, et al.
The DVD is Alan being interviewed by Paul Romhany about some of the business and marketing strategies that have made him one of the world’s busiest professional magicians.
As a gift back to the international magic community Alan has decided to put this footage up free-of-charge on his YouTube channel. There’s a wealth of information being shared and I can strongly recommend viewing, you’re probably going to want to take notes as well.
